This area was and still is a war zone. Only since the 1990's has free speech been allowed in most of the area we visited ( former  East Germany and Poland )with Belarus still clearly under the heavy cloud of dictatorship.  The mixed group of us on the bus were so moved by meeting people affected that we all celebrated our freedom by all turning up at the Australian embassy in Berlin to vote on Monday , Hooray !  This is John just making space for Chris to tell  you  about South West . When she gets around to it !  Question from her to me --- because we often fight you see .  Which is harder ?   The job of navigator or the job of driving?    And don't forget to mention in your answer . learning to use the new NAVSAT  and the cars automatic climate control for both sides, including the window , face and feet blasting, heat seating and the hot steering wheel.
